You are responsible for maintaining access to your LiveGen account and for all activity that happens through your account. You must provide accurate information and only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Connected Platforms
LiveGen may integrate with third-party services such as YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Instagram, Google, and other platforms. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, API rules, and permission requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LiveGen to:
- violate any law, regulation, platform policy, or third-party right;
- access, connect, or control accounts without authorization;
- abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload LiveGen or connected services;
- upload, stream, or distribute harmful, illegal, deceptive, or infringing content;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, permissions, or API restrictions.
5. Creator Content
You retain ownership of content you create, stream, upload, or manage through LiveGen. You grant LiveGen the limited rights needed to operate the service, display connected account data, process live metrics, and provide features you choose to use.
6. Service Availability
LiveGen is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may depend on third-party APIs, platform permissions, review status, network availability, and live platform behavior. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or exact metric availability.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveGen disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. LiveGen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of LiveGen after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
